This includes advertising through trusted channels, tenant referencing, right-to-rent checks, and the preparation of tenancy agreements in line with current legislation.

Health & Safety Compliance
We ensure all managed properties meet their legal health and safety obligations. This includes oversight of gas and electrical safety requirements, energy performance certification, fire safety considerations, and other statutory responsibilities relevant to residential lettings.

Property Inspections & Reporting

Landlords pay only the contractor’s invoice — we do not add commissions, referral fees, or hidden charges.
Rent Collection & Financial Management
Our rent collection service is designed to be fair, transparent, and performance-based. Rent is collected in line with the tenancy agreement and transferred promptly to the landlord once received.
We only charge our management fee after rent has been successfully collected. If rent is not received, no management fee is charged for that period. This aligns our success directly with yours and ensures a straightforward, ethical approach to income management.

Arrears Monitoring & Support
